The REC number and how to use it

The Real Estate Comp number, commonly called the REC number, is a randomly generated number assigned to a compensation listing.  It starts with the two character state abbreviation followed by a multi-digit number.

EX: TX12345

It can be easily shared with others and used in searches. and can be added as a URL parameter to take a user directly to a comp listing.
